If you are on a single-user configuration (Standalone version)

1. First, you need to do a backup copy in a safe place of the database file located on your old computer. The name of this file is GESTIONFLOTTE.FDB. If you are not sure where this file is located, then here is how you can find it

2. Once it’s done, click here to download and install the latest version of Vehicle Fleet Manager on your new computer.

***For users of old 2.2 version!***

3. Now that you have Vehicle Fleet Manager installed on your new computer, you have to replace the demo database file with your own database copy you made at step 1. The default folder for the database file is “C:\ProgramData\VehicleFleetManager” (for older installation, this folder may be “C:\Program Files (x86)\Vehicle Fleet Manager 3.0 Data”) so just copy/paste your database file to this folder.

4. Finally, you will have to send us your new identification code so we will be able to send you the corresponding activation code. See the following picture for an example of an identification code
