How Does It Work?

1. Create your Vehicle Fleet Manager 5.0 account. You need to have a Vehicle Fleet Manager 5.0 account to take advantage of our database hosting service. It doesn't matter if it's in trial. If you dont have an account, please install Vehicle Fleet Manager 5.0 by downloading it from here then create your account at startup of the application.
2. Log in to your account online. Click here to access your Vehicle Fleet Manager 5.0 account.
3. Create your subscription. In the "Database Hosting Service" area, click the "Try Our Database Hosting Service" button.
   
   Choose the closest region to yours and select the preferred plan:
   
   Then continue with the checkout.
4. Restore your current database to your new hosted database. Now that you have created your subscription, a blank database is waiting for you on our server. To populate this empty database with your data you will have to use a database backup file. If you dont have a recent backup, here is how you can create one:
   
   This operation will generate a .sql file containing all of your data. 
   
   Now to populate your new hosted database, use the "Database Connection" menu:
   
   
   Select the "Database hosting service" option and click "Connect":
   
   
   Follow the instructions to restore the database backup file made earlier.
   
   Please note that the database restoration may take several minutes, depending on the size of your database and your internet connection.
   
   That's it! Now you can easily connect to your online database from any computer in the world!
