Edit User Roles

You can edit roles so users only have access to what is relevant to them in Fleet Manager Mobile. To do so, go to menu "Security - Users" : 

Then select a user and use this "Edit roles" button: 

By default, a new user has read/write access to everything but users management. So he can consult, create, edit and delete every data in Fleet Manager Mobile but the users: 

Check or uncheck the roles as per your requirement. It's automatically saved. You dont have to click a save button.

An option is available so you can set the same permissions to the current user as the permissions that are already set for another user (except the Administrator user). Just select the user from this dropdown then click "Apply":

If a user tries to access an area or perform an action he is not authorized to, he will see this warning:
