This article explains how to create subscribers for your service reminders. Subscribers are the users that will receive email reminders with info about reminders that are due or near due. See this article to learn how to setup "Service reminders" first.
Subscribers can be set at different levels : Vehicle group, vehicle and service reminder
- Vehicle group level : Subscriber will receive notification for every reminders assigned to every vehicles contained in the selected vehicle group. Click here to access the vehicle groups :

The list of subscribers will appear so you will be able to select the subscribers you want for this vehicle group. Click save to confirm your selection : - Vehicle level : Subscriber will receive notification for every reminders assigned to the selected vehicle. The process is similar as for the vehicle group. Reach the list of vehicles by clicking here :

The list of subscribers will appear so you will be able to select the subscribers you want for this vehicle. Click save to confirm your selection : - Service reminder level : Subscriber will receive notification for the selected service reminder. The process is similar as for the vehicle and vehicle group. Reach the list of service reminders by clicking here :

The list of subscribers will appear so you will be able to select the subscribers you want for this service reminder. For the service reminders, if one subscriber is already subscribed to the reminders of the vehicle or to those of the vehicle group, it will display like this :
Here you can see that "Louise Anderson" is already subscribed to the reminders of the vehicle associated with the current service reminder. You can unsubscribe her from the reminders of the vehicles directly from here using the "Unsubscribe" button.
That's it! Now that the subscribers are set, they will receive email notifications similar to this when service reminders are due or near due:
User will be able to perform a few actions from this notification :
- Create a "Completed service" entry : User will be prompted to enter details about the service that he performed on the vehicle, and the next due date and meter will be updated for the next service.
- Create a "Work order" entry : User will be prompted to enter details about the work order he wants to create, and the next due date and meter will be updated for the next service.
- Skip the service for this time : No entry will be created but the next due date and meter will be updated for the next service.
