User Settings Overview

User Settings only applies to the user that is currently logged so updateding those settings wont affect other users. You can access User Settings from this menu:

User Settings area is divided in two sections:

• User Profile (Username, first and last name)
• Default Values (The default vehicle and person to be used when creating new records like fuel entries, completed services, work orders, etc. throughout the application)

User Profile

This section will let you update first and last name of the user. Username/Email cannot be updated. 

The "Change password" button will let the user update it's password. By clicking this button, user will be asked to enter his current password, new password, then to confirm the new password.

Default Values

This section will let you update the default values to use when creating new records like fuel entries, completed services, work orders, etc. throughout the application. So for example, when adding a new fuel entry, the "Vehicle" and "Driver" fields will automatically be populated like this:

The default vehicle and person will also appear on top of your dashboard.
